MARTA On the Go App Reviews

As far as the map goes, often times this app is very inaccurate.

I use this app to time when I need to walk to MARTA to catch a train. Its accurate about 50% of the time. For example, the app will say a train is coming in two minutes, and 8 minutes later one will show up.

Its an okay app. Sometimes there are glitches with the next train arrival times. It would be awesome if we could use Apple Pay with Breeze Cards.

The updated version is so irritating, when ever I use the app it gives message cannot connect to server please try again later. This happens though I have a proper wifi and even on 4g. This happens only when I go from select from system maps but not from station list. Please fix this issue asap.

These guys have no clue what they are doing, its obvious that they are learning how to create an app from YouTube and Google! Get it together guys, you should be building your own platform not borrowing an app platform! Ill come show you all how to do it l, if need be! The app is useless for the less fortunate areas!

Hate riding Marta but I like saving money on gas traffic time etc. this app sometimes messes up but its not horrible so yeah

So so app. Doesnt tell you how many rides you have left half of the time!! Needs to be fixed!

The app is great. But the real time schedule isnt even close to accurate most of the time.

The schedule for the #172 bus route defaults to the Sunday/Holiday schedule (for both northbound and southbound). Also, the real time map never populates the position indicators for the bus.

It keeps crashing every time I try to open the real-time map !!!

It decided to no longer show next train time for Chamblee station southbound trains... Pretty useless for me now since thats my primary station. Please fix it :(

If you dont reside in an affluent metro area expect the buses to be late & raggedy. (One of the night drivers for route #82 is ALWAYS late!)

I just downloaded this app, and every time I attempt to access the Breeze card section, app crashes. I was annoyed until I remembered this is from Marta. Nothing about Marta functions properly.

Works as advertised. I use it almost every day without incident. The app is zoomed on newer iPhones, so a high-res upgrade to the app would be nice.

Good app when it works! PLEASE add the Southbound Information back to the Sandy Springs rail station page. Ive written in to MARTA help and nothing has come of this. It hasnt displayed southbound information for MONTHS. PLEASE FIX

Which is fine as long as you never need to know when the next train arrival is for southbound trains, because they are never posted.

This app has Real Time view so we can see where the routes are around Atlanta. And this is a good app.

Everytime I go open the app it crashes!! This app use to be great for when I travel using Marta but now I cant even see when the next train is coming anymore! Please fix!!!

This app constantly crashes when i need to look at the real-time map for my bus and for the bus stop times next to my house. The next train arrival function is terrible when planning out how long the wait it because they only show the train going in the one direction youre not headed. Im highly disappointed with my experience since some routes have changed all together, the paper pamphlets are not up to date, and the app is about as useful as guessing what the times are with out any help from Google trip planner. In the End this app, the services, and over all handling for these problems have made me hate public transportation even more, with it getting a little bit less reliable everyday im a train or bus. I pray for the day I get car, id rather deal with an outlandish car note than deal with Marta anymore.
