App crashes when viewing bus on real time

The app crashes whenever I try to see the real time map for routes 102 and 99, which is the best reason to use the app since Google maps can already give me the scheduled times near me.

Real time map for route 15 does not work! Every time I try and open it, it shows a blank map with no route on it and then it immediately force closes. I take this route pretty much every day so that means I rely on the Marta app. Ive even asked someone else with the app to check the same route using real time map and it did the same thing for them. It also doesnt work for a few other routes that Ive tried checking. This problem had been going on for WEEKS and there still is no update to fix these issues.

All of south Atlanta real time maps crash. Coincidently south Atlanta has majority blacks. All north Atlanta routes work fine ?

The app works for me when I check real time for buses like 19 and 75. For some reason when I pull up the real time map for bus 125, the map doesnt show bus 125 anywhere. Afterwards I move the map around with my fingers and find bus 125 without a line indicating the bus route for this bus. I feel the Marta on the Go app needs to be updated with all of the real time maps working for all of Martas current buses listed on the app. I am mad I cannot check the real time map for bus 125 at all as I have to sometimes take the bus from work in order to catch another bus to get close to home.

For over a week, the southbound train schedule for Sandy Springs medical center and other stations north have absolutely no southbound schedules. Today, the schedules are nonexistent for most stations. Schedules can be inaccurate. When it gives accurate information, its great. But, as with Marta, I have a love/hate relationship. UPDATE: Downgrade to one star- months later and after sending numerous emails, the app still does not show southbound trains for some northern stations. Yesterday when checking trains for Midtown station, some trains were labeled "unidentified" and some didnt show up at all. Marta doesnt seem to care. UPDATE: well its been months since my first one star review, and the MARTA app still stinks. I just missed the train because its arrival did not show up on the app. I have watched other trains arrive going south and their arrival did not show up either on the app. Some lines disappear entirely for several minutes and then suddenly reappear. As to arriving southbound trains at the northern stations, after months of requesting that this be fixed, they STILL do not show up. Way to go Marta. Its what I expect from you.

App succs. 1st off trying to see a bus real time doesnt work, and as of Aug 6, some routes have changed and use different stations now but the app doesnt let you know that.

This app is been going down hill for several months along with the Marta service for the last year. The app shows no "airport" train time from North Springs to Buckhead. The latest developer is not fully testing the app.

Dont rely on this app. Bus listed that no longer have the same schedule or destination. The "customer service " at the stations is a joke. I feel embarrassed as a Atlantan for this poor excuse of public transportation.

So after the new ios10 update this app appears to be working now, at least for now!

Everything I would like to complain about seems to have been mentioned, whats upsetting is it doesnt seem like there are any improvements or even attempts to rectify this situation.

Rarely shows next train coming times which would have been the best part of the app. Please fix!

They really need to work on the stability of the app.

Its mismanaged in every way possible, truly a sad sad state. But it beats traffic by a hair.

Yall are stupid. Why you have an ENTIRE new schedule out today and not update the app first??!?!??!?!? DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH OF AN INCONVENIENCE YOU ARE CAUSING! NONE OF THE BUS TIMES ARE RIGHT SO WE ALL ARE BASICALLY PISSING IN THE WIND FOR BUS UNTIL YOU ALL DECIDE YOU WANT TO UPDATE YOUR APP. UNRELIABLE. UNSATISFACTORY. JUST LIKE THE ENTIRE COMPANY.

2 questions: Why do the buses disappear off the real time map after midnight when the buses are still in service?? And when will app be updated for new service changes that began 12/10/2016????? Plz Hurry

App continues to not show buses on the map and crashes frequently.

Not only does this app not always show you the accurate times for the buses and trains, it also will just show a blank realtime bus map when the bus is literally pulling up at my stop. This app has been better, but it has been broken for days now. Considering that the buses come when they want, being able to track them would be fabulous. Get it together MARTA!!!

The app has even less functionality than it did before 12/12/16 update. It keeps crashing whenever I try to access real-time bus info, and "Next Train" just displays a blank, black screen. Even when it was working, it was painfully obvious that MARTA needs to invest more in upgrading/updating their technology infrastructure as the real-time bus maps often didnt show all buses running a particular route and the next train feature frequently showed trains that the platform boards didnt show or only showed part of the trains displayed on the platform boards. Maybe one day theyll figure out how to produce and maintain functional, aesthetically-pleasing apps.
